Bruker Daltonics Inc. (Nasdaq: BDAL) today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering have purchased an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock at $13 per share for a total of $15.6 million pursuant to their over-allotment option. This exercise and purchase by the underwriters brings Bruker Daltonics Inc.'s initial public offering to 9,200,000 shares for $119.6 million. UBS Warburg LLC led the offering with CIBC World Markets and Thomas Weisel LLC co-managing the offering.
