KINAXO Biotechnologies announced today that its agreement with Ortho Biotech Oncology Research & Development, a division of Janssen Pharmaceutica N.V., Beerse, Belgium, has been extended. Under the extended agreement, KINAXO will apply its advanced chemical proteomics and phosphoproteomics services to enable comprehensive cellular mode of action analyses of oncology compounds under development.

Detailed knowledge of a compound's cellular mode of action is a key issue in any drug development program. The main advantage of Kinaxo's technology is that it provides a comprehensive picture of a compound's cellular interactions and its influence on posttranslational modifications.
