PREMIER Biosoft International today announced the worldwide release of version 3.00 of its high throughput multi-stage MS data analysis tool, SimGlycan®. The program now includes support for Qualitative Glycopeptide Analysis, enabling users to resolve complex glycopeptides using data obtained from an LC-MS/MS run of proteolytically digested purified glycoproteins.

"The glycopeptide qualitative analysis module in SimGlycan employs powerful algorithms to obtain critical information for understanding therapeutics of new biomolecules," said Kay Brown, V.P. Business Development and Marketing.
