PerkinElmer, Inc., a global leader focused on the health and safety of people and the environment, today announced the addition of the Atomax(TM) line of 1.5 inch hollow cathode lamps (HCL) to the Company's atomic spectroscopy consumables portfolio. The Atomax lamps are designed by PerkinElmer and are competitively priced, high quality lighting sources that can be used with any commercial atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS).
"Atomax lamps are a natural extension of PerkinElmer's consumables offerings and support our commitment to serving the global spectroscopy market," explained Martin Long, vice president, Spectroscopy, PerkinElmer. "PerkinElmer's extensive experience in atomic absorption gives our customers added confidence knowing they are receiving quality products from a market leader they can trust."
PerkinElmer has more than 40 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of atomic absorption products and consumables. The new Atomax lamps offer laboratories around the world a dependable lighting source in a 1.5 inch format. These consumables are engineered to provide high sensitivity, stable light output, low noise, and long life. All lamps are thoroughly tested and each is shipped with a certificate of quality that guarantees the lamp has passed all required tests before leaving the factory.
