Panatecs GmbH. (4/20/11). "Press Release: In 2010, Panatecs Celebrated the Most Successful Year in Its History. Company Double the Sales of the Previous Year, with a Sales Growth of 20% above Plan".
We achieved our targets for sales and EBIT for 2010 - and exceeded them by 20 %. Growth was particularly marked in work for customers from the pharmaceutical industry.
The favorable trend has been confirmed in the first quarter of 2011. According to Dr. Thomas Flad, Head of Technical Sales for PANATecs: "It is striking how our name recognition has been continuously growing within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostic testing industries. In this year too, we will be represented at various special trade-fairs and events and will win new national and international customers."
PANATecs has developed the P-CHECK Platform for the detection of protease contaminants and this offers considerable potential for growth. For example, P-CHECK can be used in the quality control of raw materials, in in-process control (IPC) and in the downstream process. Although P-CHECK is currently only available as a service, at the end of the year it will be commercially launched as a ready-to-use kit.
