mzio GmbH and Bright Giant GmbH announce a new integration between mzmine and SIRIUS. This collaboration enables researchers to launch SIRIUS analysis directly from mzmine feature tables, automating result handling and eliminating the need for manual data transfer to streamline small molecule discovery workflows.

mzio GmbH, the company behind the globally adopted mass spectrometry data analysis platform mzmine, and Bright Giant GmbH, developers of the cutting-edge small-molecule analysis software SIRIUS, today announced a new integration that will significantly streamline small molecule discovery workflows.

With this new integration, researchers and analysts can now trigger SIRIUS analysis directly from within mzmine. Once the analysis is complete, SIRIUS results are automatically displayed inside mzmine, eliminating the need for manual data transfer and enabling a smooth, end-to-end experience.
