Bruker Corporation today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Neurescence Inc., an innovative provider of ultralight fiber-bundle Multiscopes™ for simultaneous multi-region, optical functional neuroimaging. Bruker anticipates the acquisition will bolster its position as the leading provider of freely behaving animal imaging and photostimulation, addressing diversified research needs and future trends and opening the door to advanced imaging modalities. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
