The agreement with EVOSCIENCES enables analytical scientists working across all application areas, including life science research, pharmaceuticals, biologics, forensics, food testing and environmental analysis, to optimise the lifecycle of their SCIEX equipment.

SCIEX, a global leader in life science analytical technologies, and EVOSCIENCES, a world leader in management of high technology equipment, announced today that SCIEX mass spectrometry systems are now available to purchase through a wide range of flexible financing packages. With these financing packages, SCIEX equipment is now accessible to a broader range of customers including those with limited or short-term mass spectrometry needs. The financing packages will also allow for greater flexibility meaning customers will easily be able to change from a previous contract and upgrade to new SCIEX technologies when they become available. The agreement with EVOSCIENCES enables analytical scientists working across all application areas, including life science research, pharmaceuticals, biologics, forensics, food testing and environmental analysis, to optimise the lifecycle of their SCIEX equipment.

The traditional methods of financing available to scientists such as financial leasing, bank loans and capital investment, may not satisfy their requirements. There is a need for scientists to have access to more innovative finance tools that allow lease periods to be recalculated in terms of actual use as opposed to the depreciation of equipment. The offering through EVOSCIENCES can provide flexible finance tools to make the following services available to SCIEX customers, all directly through EVOSCIENCES: standard financing offers, deferred payments, deposit or pre-paid leasing, and short-term financing. Deferred payments will allow customers to obtain the equipment they need and pay the cost at a later date. Short-term leases that are between six and 12 months long can also be available, which is a useful finance tool for contract research organisations. Start-up programmes may also be offered by EVOSCIENCES for smaller companies. Special offers are currently available on LC-MS bundles and EVOSCIENCES can offer deals suited to customers’ specific applications.

These financing packages are currently available for SCIEX equipment in the following countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland.
